Grumpy Mommy!

This Mommy woke up grumpy this morning! Coffee is not helping. How do you deal with being grumpy when coffee just don't cut it?

    hi u can gp outside and get some fresh air ...breath in and out....and think why u wanted to be a mommy this helps for me when I feel grumpy

      I take a shower. I tell myself that when I get out of the shower I will feel better, and then I let myself be a total grumpy whiney baby while in the shower. Sometimes I cry, sometimes I just sit there and feel sorry for myself while the water runs. But I ALWAYS feel better when I'm done.

            This is me today. We all did not sleep long enough today, and we had to get rolling earlier than usual because I had to be at work for a meeting. I went and got a big cup of coffee, and kind of felt like crying after my meeting, lol. Right now, I'm just working through it. I struggle to reset midday if there's no sleep involved (a nap would be lovely but isn't an option), so I usually just muddle through and idealize tomorrow. I'm always better tomorrow.

              I went shopping...lol it didn't help. Hopefully when I lay little man down for his nap I can get some cleaning done. That normally helps me relax.
