Causes of red cheeks on children

If your child's cheeks are consistently red, they could have eczema or dry skin that makes them red and irritated. If so, you may want to talk to a pediatrician to help find some relief.

My children's cheeks also get red when they are experiencing an extreme temperature - either very hot outside or very cold outside, or if they are exceptionally active. Moments of red cheeks aren't anything I worry about. My own cheeks do it too!!

When do your child's cheeks get red?
