Fitness thread 06/10

Hi ladies! How is your week so far? I didn't make a goal this week because I got my period and that is a good time for me to rest a bit. We all need that sometimes, right?

Next week I want to try something new, but I don't know what. Any suggestions? I've been doing well with doing yoga (I really needed this) which has been helping. But, I'm bored!

How is everyone else? Making new goals or sticking to old ones? And if this is your first time on a fitness thread, join in!

    Terrible. I've been so tired I didn't even work in the garden. I just walked the beds. I've gotta work on getting more energy.
      I have been doing so good until yesterday. Working out and eating better. Then yesterday I went to work out and my legs just gave out. Lol the muscles just wouldn't hold me up anymore. So I've taken the last couple of days off and I feel so guilty about it.
