High Blood Pressure

Hey ladies,
Here goes. So I am 23 weeks and last week at my ob appt, my bp was up more than normal before the appt I had fast food. I try to not eat that but sometimes I just do when I am in a hurry. They want to see me tomorrow to check my bp again to make sure I don't have high blood pressure during the pregnancy or if I have white coat syndrome (only goes up in the office.) I monitored my bp all week while working, while at home cleaning etc it was low!!! Just now I ate spaghetti and garlic bread and a large coke (something I don't do is coke but once a week.) I checked my bp right after dinner and it was 146/66. NOT PRETTY! I am freaking out! Pls mommies do you have any advice? Does it have to do with what I just ate? I am already nervous........

Hmmm...I don't know. Did you have coke last week? Could it be the coke?

But did you have coke with the fast food last week? I'm wondering if it could be a trigger for some reason, even if it isn't normally when you aren't pregnant.

No I didn't have a coke with it last week. See I work in L&D registration and used to the HBP thing and it scares me. I take my gallon of water to work everyday. So that day for sure I was drinking my gallon of water....
