Urine leakage during pregnancy: what to do?

Urine leakage is a common and annoying side effect of pregnancy. The baby puts pressure on your bladder can cause you to leak a little urine.

Some tips to help with urine leakage:
- Do kegel exercises multiple times a day to strengthen your muscles and reduce leakage overtime.
- Pee often and keep your bladder as empty as possible.
- Wear a pad to absorb your leaking urine.
- Daily light exercise can help strengthen your muscles and reduce leakage.

Listen to the advice about the kegel exercises, they are the number one thing you can do to fix the problem. It is not a quick fix though.
