The fourth trimester?
Okay I know that doesn't make sense, but work with me here. Yes "tri" means three, but there's a fourth one that no one tells you about! Those few months after having a baby are the fourth trimester. That's when your body is forming itself back to pre pregnancy shape. Your muscles and organs find there way back in the abdominal area and you begin to lose some of the puffiness of pregnancy. Without diet and exercise all of this will happen on its own. If you have body shape goals you can't really expect to reach them without diet or exercise though. Even light exercise like yoga can be very beneficial.
