How to lose the baby weight
I have 3 weeks in till my baby is out I can I lose the baby weight fast?
Exercise, even light exercise helps. Eating several small meals throughout the day, rather than 3 regular meals, is supposed to be better. Breastfeeding helps some women, too. I lost almost all of my babyweight with doing those things, but then I got all stressed and was still hormonal and gained it back so now I'm back to trying to lose it all lol
I would exercise, like taking walks with baby. Walking is great exercise. And of course, watch your calorie intake. Better to snack healthy during the day than to eat 3 bigger meals. Good luck!
Stress can have an adverse reaction to you trying to lose the weight. Come home, have a wonderful time with your new baby and don't fret about the weight. Make healthy choices and it will come off :)
