Neck pain during pregnancy

If you are having neck pain during pregnancy the most effective thing you can do to help it is get a massage. Make sure that you have good posture when you are standing and sitting. Bad posture can cause neck pain and make it worse. Make sure that you are supporting your neck and head with a pillow while you are sleeping. Relaxation techniques can also help ease and prevent neck pain that you experience during pregnancy.
