Your body will naturally lose a bit of weight in fluid and your stomach muscles will return to normal. But there is no real time line, everyone is different. It took you 9 months to put it on so it will likely take just as long to get it off. But as always healthy diet and being active and exercise is always the best way to stay healthy and lose weight.
I just know that after I had my kids my body shape changed and there is not much I could ever do to have that pre baby body again.
