Preparing Your Pelvis for Labor Exercises
I had really bad SPD so I wasn't able to move a whole lot towards the end of my pregnancy. What helped me out was a birth ball. I would sit on that and move my hips forward, backward and around in circles. Then I would get on all fours and lean over it and that would stretch out my back and align everything. I know there were more exercises that I learned in childbirth class but I wasn't able to do them.
Did you do anything to prepare your body for birth?
