My, what an appetite you have!

There's a few things that can cause a child to eat a lot more than they normally do.

The first one is a growth spurt. My son has been eating everything that doesn't run faster than him it seems. He has also shot up in height over the last few months, he is almost as tall as I am!

The other one that comes to mind is boredom. We all can fall into this pretty easily, you get bored and start to snack. Kids do it too. If you notice they seem under stimulated and keep asking for snacks it is probably a good time to find something to do!

Can you ladies think of any other reasons why kids may have an increase in appetite?
