Breast Pump Recommendations

My insurance covers a breast pump at 100%, but only specific ones. I have to call on Monday to find out which ones are covered. I'm wondering how other moms shopped for breast pumps, probably by recommendation. It's not like boxes can be opened and then the items tried on. Which ones did you use and like? Any pros and cons?

I saw a Medela Pump that was very expensive. Nowadays, I guess breast pumps between $100-200 are the norm :/ The hospital grade pump that you liked - did your lactation consultant or nurse at the hospital recommend it or did you come across it at the hospital pharmacy? I'd like to see what they offer at my hospital. I should contact the maternity coordinator where I'm giving birth at to check.

I used a double electric pump from Philips Avent for about a year.
