Starbucks to pay tuition? I think I need to buy some coffee!

I really love it when businesses step in to give incentives to their employees who make minimum wage, sometimes a little more. But lets face it, minimum wage isn't a way to live, all of us know that. It's surviving, that's it.

I was reading this article today about how Starbucks is showing they CARE about their employees. They are offering to pay for those first two undergrad years completely. How awesome is that?

Do you think this is a good financial move for Starbucks, or are they insane to take on this promise?

I think incentives like this are good. If I was an employee and I knew I could obtain two years free, I'd work harder and feel like I'd have to earn it, but I don't know if that is the same way ALL employees would react.
