Can't answer, as I had an unplanned c-section, but I'd be happy to invite my followers to this post!

I think there are a range of experiences, so I hope everyone will share, easy or hard! Thanks Melissa!

Pushing a baby out if hard work and it hurts. Surprisingly though, pushing was a relief compared to the pain of labor. I was happy to start pushing and it felt better than the contractions. When pushing what hurt the most was the burning feelings as the tissue stretched, referred to as the "ring of fire". Pushing is harder than I expected and took longer than I expected. It is really hard to explain exactly how it felt.

It's an odd feeling, you push like a bowel movement but you can feel their little body moving through as you push. I thought it was amazing and a little painful because i tore a little but I healed really well.

Lots of pressure. Pain. It honestly feels like you are trying to push a lot of poop out at once (you use the same muscles). Use the contractions and only push when your body is telling you. I know it sounds really cliche-but you will know, there's no feeling like it.

I have been blessed to be able to have all of my 3 naturally, it is alot of pressure and the hardest pain, I have ever endured, as I am sure most mommys can agree ... Definitely agree with most of these comments that it is like you are trying your hardest to poop a massive amount. But, honestly, There really is no feeling like it.
