How to make healthy baby fries

My daughter really enjoyed fried zucchini when she was starting solids. A healthier way to make it is to bread and bake the zucchini. You use egg whites and herbed panko breadcrumbs to coat the zucchini, and bake at 425 for 20 minutes, flipping in the middle--tasty for everyone!

      I was thinking of sweet potato fries. I've never tried them but have heard they are good.
