seriously?

Today is my day to take care of phone calls and I saved this one for last because I knew I would be on hold for like forever and so far we are up to 30 minutes on hold! They don't have an option to leave a call back number and even if they did I don't have one...very frustrating!

Ugh. One company I hate calling for anything is Comcast. Their wait time is notoriously long and their customer service has always been awful for us. :(

This is for medical insurance...and in Oregon everything is so messed up it's a joke! I managed to get my son and husband covered almost a year ago but now I am trying to get mine through...they keep messing up information so I have to go through this all the time. I finally got through to them and found out I've had insurance since March and they just never bothered to let me know! Grrr...only took 35 minutes on hold! lol

Ah man I've made so many calls today too! The custody lawyer for my husbands son, the insurance company, the doctors office like 3 times. It's 5 pm here and I have been making phone calls since 12:30 and I'm just now done. Most of them brought good news...except the lawyer but then do they ever really bring good news? Lol

The phone is hard for me. I don't even like talking to people I know. So these kind of calls are just pure torture!

Stay at home wife and Mom. I have an older step son that is an amazing young man. My husband and myself have a little boy and newborn girl. Balancing life isn't always easy but it's always worth it :-)
