Lotion and post baby weight loss question

So I know you can use palmers cocoa butter to prevent stretch marks but can you use it to help fade your stretch marks also? And if you apply lotion (any kind) before working out do you think it helps to tighten your skin back up? I am trying to get back into shape and I'm not super worried about the stretch marks but I don't want to lose my baby weight and have all the extra skin just hanging out. lol I am 138 now and my pre pregnancy weight was 125 I'd like to be somewhere between 120 and 125. Other than a balanced diet what worked for you guys? Send me over some good exercises!!

Right now, I'm doing a 1 1/2 hour bike ride every day, and using Cocoa Butter every night to help try and keep any new stretch marks from weight loss appearing (and hoping they'll fade my pregnancy ones...you can barely see those anymore!). Dinner is usually Chicken and Broccoli, or a Grilled Cheese sandwich...I only have one soda a day on weekends, and I'm allowed a party pizza those days, too, but on weekends I also do some situps, pushups, and jumping jacks to try and make up for it.
