Lotion and post baby weight loss question
So I know you can use palmers cocoa butter to prevent stretch marks but can you use it to help fade your stretch marks also? And if you apply lotion (any kind) before working out do you think it helps to tighten your skin back up? I am trying to get back into shape and I'm not super worried about the stretch marks but I don't want to lose my baby weight and have all the extra skin just hanging out. lol I am 138 now and my pre pregnancy weight was 125 I'd like to be somewhere between 120 and 125. Other than a balanced diet what worked for you guys? Send me over some good exercises!!
