Foods moms should not be eating while breastfeeding
Things that are gassy for you will be gassy for baby. Their tummies are delicate and can only handle so much so go easy on cabbage, broccoli, beans, kohlrabi, any brassicas for that matter. I'd go easy on garlic, onions and any other spicy foods.
It makes sense that gassy foods would be an issue. I didn't even think about cabbage and broccoli and whatnot, but I have heard that onions and garlic aren't the best choices.

Definitely pay attention if your baby seems fussy or vomits after meals. My son did the projectile vomiting after some meals and I had to really limit certain foods with him. It was hard but I knew it needed to be done.
