Upper thigh pain during pregnancy

We have many nerves, tendons, muscles and ligaments in our body. These nerves, tendons, muscles and ligaments commonly run through our abdomen or pelvis and down through our legs. During pregnancy the uterus/baby can put pressure on various nerves, tendons, muscles or ligaments. The pressure can causes pain, sometimes the pain is sharp and sometimes it is a dull ache. Frequent position changes and exercise can help reduce these pains.
