Stress!!

What do you do to help relieve stress?

I am crabby today! My kids are driving me nuts and I am running on a week of very little sleep. I am staying at a relatives house on vacation so the house is not childproofed which means we are constantly chasing the baby. I am so ready to completely lose it on someone! AWWWWWW!!!!!

I need some tips on relieving the stress. Please!

    I take a shower, eat ice cream, or just give myself 5 minutes to cry. I always tell myself that once those things are done, I will calm myself down and restart fresh. It works sometimes...

        Cup of tea, soak your feet. Find a quiet place if you can. I play in the tub with my baby it seems to entertain us both. Take a nap with the youngest if you can.

          Wait...we are supposed to relieve stress? I missed that class. I'd love to get a gym buddy and start going to the gym, even if it is just one day each weekend.

                My husband is at home in Montana. He couldn't get the time off of work to come with us.

                I should check him out! I agree, getting that laugh to break the tension is probably the best you can do on low sleep with no opportunity for a nap.

                  Go out at the house and go to the restaurant,, take your time walking around and get some fresh air.

                    Shower, sleep, separate myself from people for a little bit. I also enjoy guided meditation.

                      If you feel like this , first take a long hot bath , with scented candles on and listen to some soft music like a man name yanni and you will feel much better, I did it and I felt much better.

                        I clean the house and garden. What about lying down alone and listening to soft music or reading a good book or magazine? A walk will also help--it does us.
