Wrist pain? Try a brace.

If you have mild wrist pain go to your local drugstore and fine a brace. You may need to rest it in order to feel better.

If you have numbness, tingling or pain that radiates to your fingers then go to your doctor. It may be something more and maybe not, but this needs to be checked on. A compressed nerve, for instance, could cause these issues and may require a different kind of treatment.

Have you ever dealt with wrist pain?
