Staying fit/fresh during pregnancy
I'm having a tough time lately in this department. Between a growing belly, hot climate and lower motivation to move my buns I'm not keeping up with it. How do you moms cope with this?
Oh my gosh, I sucked at keeping up exercising haha.
I wish I had some advice! We didn't know I was for 6 months and so we kept bike riding for miles every day in the summer and fall, lol! It was too icy in winter, though...Maybe try some indoor light exercise? Like...um...Okay, I'm no exercise guru! My go-to is the bike >.< I love the heat though I've been cutting it easy since it's 95+ degrees every day and I don't want Nina out in that for too long.
I love biking and unfortunately couldn't pack it when we came out here. I make myself go for a walk around 830 at night when its cool enough. but other than that not much else for activity. Hoping I will get the motivation back once this little bean is born!
I'm also no help.. but I know a lot of moms that can't do much cardio or a lot of movement get into yoga.

Hi, my boyfriend and I have recently found out we are having a baby, a little unexpected but now that it is becoming reality we are very excited!
