Pregnancy and bloated

Ugh, bloating! Bloating is one of those pregnancy side effects that I wasn't expecting. Bloating is uncomfortable and annoying. Many women experience bloating in early pregnancy, so much bloating that it make them "show" even when their baby is teeny tiny.

To reduce bloating you can watch your diet, try to avoid foods that contain gas or foods that cause gas, such as soda, beans and broccoli. Daily exercise can also help to wake up your bowels and keep them moving. Some doctor will recommend over the counter gas remedies such as simethicone. Gripe water, ginger and other natural remedies can also help ease the bloating and related discomfort.
