Today's poop post.

So.. Charlie started solids this month. He doesn't eat too much as I really want this to be a gradual thing. He's doing really well but, obviously, his poop is changing.

#everybabyisdifferent I know... But when your little one started eating baby food, did they have a hard time pooping? I've noticed that his is less mush and more.. pebble like? It makes sense that it would be different but he has these screaming fits now, and when I check his diaper there's those pebbles.

Is he maybe just getting use to pooping out normal poop?

I thought it was normal too and Tristens Dr told me it was actually a sign of constipation. I upped his liquid intake and since he was on formula at that point I would add like a half oz of water extra. It helped a lot.

Maybe the food soaks up all the liquid. Lol jk When I first starting giving him baby food his wasn't like rabbit poop just firmer and I thought it was totally normal until the doc asked and I was like...uhm oh! Lol

I never knew poop was so confusing until I had a kid...I never knew I would be watching poop so much either. I know when we started diluting the formula the poop became more like peanut butter which is what the doc said it should be. We need a poop book! Lol

It is crazy for real...wait till he starts eating random things and you find stuff in the diaper! Lol
