Bond

Have any of you breast fed one hold and not another, do you feel closer to the breast fed child? Just curious

I started breast feeding my oldest but couldn't continue because I didn't have enough nutrients for him and with my youngest I never could get my milk started. The answer to your question is I feel just as close to one as the other

I breastfed for three months, and it only made me dislike her the entire time. I had depression really badly and breastfeeding hurt and in my unhappiness, all I could think was that she was somehow a leech or something else unpleasant...Nina was fine with me but I resented her. It wasn't until after I stopped BF at the end of the third month that I finally started to love her. So I think breastfeeding drove me away from Nina, more than anything, though now everyone who sees her says they can tell we adore each other.

I've breastfed Avery for a year and we're just weaning now. I don't have any other children, but I feel like I'd bond with them all the same no matter what. The only thing is I'm sort of forced to be with Avery all the time. I can't really just leave a bottle and go out without bringing my pump with me. I'd much rather lug around a baby then a pump, LOL. So the fact that we're ALWAYS together I think makes us pretty bonded :)

I've breastfed all three of mine, but Mason was only breastfed for a few months. I have felt bonded to all of them :)

When I started breast feeding I did the cross cradle and football hold, since she was 2 months I started doing the cradle hold.
