Mission Impossible..

Trying to get all three kids to not only take a nap but at the same time. Hoping I can get a shower and get some lunch... Maybe a quick little nap. Dun dun dun dun.. or however the mission impossible theme song goes. Lol

Lol it happens here and there but not as much as I would like obviously. The younger two are usually easy to get to take naps but my oldest a lot of the time wont take a nap let alone when the other two are. But the girls are playing together in their room so I might still be able to get a quick shower and something to eat and just keep peeking in on them.

Does anyone else have the mission impossible theme song stuck in their heads now? No? Just me?

I would make a routine... have lunch then a half hour of quiet reading or just quiet time. Then nap time. Everyone goes and closes the curtins in their room climbs in to bed and has to stay in there for at least a half hour or hour depends on you. If you need to set a timer. Just so they get the hang of it. Make a sticker chart for your girls so every time they take a nap they get a sticker. When they get a week of stickers they get a special treat. (A small toy, or a special cookie, something small) once they get the hang of it you can probably get rid of the sticker charts. Turn on some quiet music and If you need to sit in their room with them rub their back. Keep it quiet. If you can when the girls are having their 1/2 hour quiet time try to get Hunter down. Rock him do what ever is needed then you can have your full attention on your girls. Once everyone is sleeping Jump in the shower. Your a mom of 3 so you should be able to master the 10-15 min shower. :) Onve your out get dressed check on the kids and then go clean up lunch. OR have the girls help you clean up lunch dishes. Make it a routine. Do it everyday. It might take a bit to get use to but try to keep it at the same time everyday.

Good Luck. Stay firm if they get up before the 1/2 hour or hour is up then put them back to bed. They may cry but they will get use to it and it will be easy before you know it. :) Good luck :)
