How to lose baby fat without exercising
Breastfeed! I found that I was able to lose a lot of the weight I gained during my pregnancy early in the postpartum period by breastfeeding. For my breastfeeding was the quickest and most effective way of losing weight.
Eating a healthy well balanced diet is important too. It is ok to eat sweets and junk food as long as it is in moderation.
Most of all, don't set unrealistic goals and expectations for yourself! Losing weight is hard and it takes time.
