Toddler tries to help Mom from being beaten

I just saw this video and It seriously broke my heart. A McDonald's employee is beating a woman in a park and the only person who does anything other then film it is her TODDLER. The little boy is screaming and kicking the employee while no one else does anything.

I'm sorry, but I would be in there in a second trying to help that woman. These people should be ashamed of themselves for not help her or her son.

So horrible. All I can do is shake my head. That poor lady and her poor son. No one should have to witness that happening to their mother. And he is so brave for trying to step up and help her unlike all the terrible people who just stood around and watched and even had the nerve to film it and put it online. As if this wasn't humiliating enough for this poor lady. All those people should be ashamed of themselves.

I don't have the heart to watch it, but I can just imagine. There needs to be some law in place where if you don't help someone in need, you get something on your record, something more than a citation depending on how badly the situation is. I'm not sure how people can sit back and watch. If people are frightened of getting hurt like someone carrying a loaded weapon or something, that is understandable, but still..some kind of attempt needs to be made to assist. Like how emergency personnel are by law to stop and help at scenes of car accidents or any kind of opportunity when medical intervention is necessary.

I would have called the cops while my hubby pulled the person off the lady.

I won't watch this but how horrifying for that child to witness this. Plus, with no one helping the mother, shame on them. A toddler was brave enough to help his mother but no one else was humane enough to? It breaks my heart.
