My brain is too full.

I have spent a lot of time studying for a big test I have Tuesday. But I can't put any more information in it seems! I have reached my limit!

Any tips on how to recharge the noggin so I can keep studying? I swear being old and trying to finish a degree is so much harder. When I was younger I could have zipped right through this. I envy my children's youthful brains. They can keep their youthful skin, I just want the brains haha.

Usually when that happens I have to take a break, go for a walk, do something else to get me out of my funk. It's a known fact that our brains can only take in so much at one time.

What I do is study for a bit, take a break (eat, watch t.v. etc.) and then go back to studying. Going back and forth between like that lets your mind relax in between studying and not stress about all the work you have to do and it get's better absorbed. Also get really good sleep too and keep fueled up!! (eat!). :)
