Breastmilk and Formula

Would it be okay to switch from baby formula to breastmilk? I'm contemplating joining the Navy and I wouldn't be allowed to breastfeed prior to going to boot camp, due to possible infections and whatnot (extra paperwork and all that). Also, boot camp is about 2 months long which means the baby would have to be on formula for those 2 months anyway.

No. I mean formula to breastmilk. See, if I were to apply, it would be shortly after I have the baby. And since that would be the case, I would not be able to breastfeed immediately, because they want to make sure nothing serious happens before I leave.
Also, in A school, which I'm assuming is similar to AIT, they have family housing available for sailors who have a long time to be in A school. I would be able to take my child with me, since the training for the field that I would be working in would take about 21 months to complete.

Yeah, definitely not! lol. That would be...unique. And it's all good, it's all pretty much the same thing with different names.

I'll try it and see what happens! I hope it works. I at least want to try breastfeeding. It'll definitely save money.

No, actually I was anti-military forever, just because my dad was in and he hated it.

I had a change of heart once I realized I needed to do something productive with my life.
I honestly chose Navy because I couldn't find the Air Force recruiting office.

I never mentioned my husband, did i? Lol!
Yeah my husband will watch him. When he can't do that, my mother in law or father in law may be able to.
