Camp incident!

My daughter just came back from volleyball camp upset. Apparently one of the teen counselors was upset and told my daughter to get into her spot or she would "punch her in the face." According to my daughter she then said that she was "just kIdding" and "don't tell your mother." I am not sure what to do. I know the right thing to do is to tell the camp director but I don't want this disturbed young lady picking on my daughter with even more aggression the next time. What should I do?

Speak up about it, bullying is not good, the counselor should be fired!

So, I went and spoke to the coach of the volleyball camp and his reply was "well, the kids were acting up and running up and down the hallway and they got fustrated. I know my girls (the counselors) and I will talk to them. So, I did not feel like my daughter would be safe there. We left. Not the outcome I was hoping for. What is worse, the bully is now super-empowered! She knows she can get away with anything now.

Now I understand why the bullying is so rampant in our school district.

I am going to have to research and see who that would be.
