Here are a couple of healthy breakfast ideas, please share some of yours too

Vanilla Spice French Toast with Apples
1 egg plus 2 egg whites
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1-2 dashes of both cinnamon and nutmeg
2 slices whole grain/whole wheat bread
1/apple sliced
Whisk first 3 ingredients, spray pan with cooking spray or gently rub with coconut oil, dip bread into mixture and cook both sides. Serve French toast with apple slices on top.

Peanut Butter Banana Pancakes
1/2 banana
1 heaping tablespoon of peanut butter/almond butter
1/3 cup prepared wheat pancake batter
1-2 teaspoons of honey
1 dash of cinnamon or nutmeg (optional)
Mash banana and add peanut/almond butter-mix into batter and cook as you would any pancake (Optional-sprinkling cinnamon or nutmeg on top as it cooks). Serve with drizzled honey on top

Bagel with Cream Cheese and Tomato
1 small bagel whole grain
2 tablespoons low fat cream cheese
2 large slices of tomato
salt and pepper to taste
Toast bagel halves, spread cream cheese and top each with a slice of tomato. Season with salt and pepper
