Health kick!

So, I'm trying to be better with what I eat, because I love to eat a ton of junk haha. So, I'm eating better cereals for breakfast. I usually have something junky and sugary like Lucky Charms. I'm changing it to Honey Bunches of Oats, Bran Flakes, Cheerios, etc. I'm a cereal addict, so I have to have it for breakfast haha. Lunches will stay the same (sandwich, granola bar, and a piece of fruit.) In addition though, will be a tasty fruit smoothie! Dinner will be normal, just more veggies and less frozen meals!!! And my usual midnight snack of something junk like ice cream or chips, will be replaced with a fruit and veggie smoothie!! :)

        I've included more fresh fruits and vegetables. I am usually very good at trying new things like Chia Seeds, Maca Root, Kale, Pomegranates because or the nutritional values, I have also cut out much of the dairy that I was having on the regular and am choosing more gluten free products.

          starting to take long walks very morning and eating more fruits and veggies,also lowered my portions

              Oh, I love smoothies! What a great way to get in some extra nutrition, while still feeling satisfied. I might follow your example here. :)
