I'm miserable

so I have had nausea the past week and then last night started throwing up! Any advice oh not to include I have been constipated! What can I do? I had a great pregnancy with my first but this one sucks.

    Eat lots of greens

Have you tried those lollipops made especially for pregnant women to help with morning sickness? The name of them is escaping me right now....

Eat some saltines before you get up in the morning.

Are you taking a vitamin with iron? Those can sometimes bind you up or it can just be a natural symptom of pregnancy. Bebe-O vitamins do not bind me up. They were the only ones not to. You can also drink prune juice, eat raisins, increase your fruit and fiber intake to help with constipation.

SO I ended up going to urgent care today around 1 being I still couldn't keep anything down. I also was throwing up even when I was not eating. He prescribed me s Ondansetron which he is pregnancy B with the risk. But he said its no more of a risk then what other pregnant women take for other conditions. It seems to be helping but he told me to call my doc Monday and let them know.
