For chicken eaters- How do you like your chicken?

I'm thinking of trying something different. How do you like your chicken? Any specific seasonings or sauces you like with it too? Don't be afraid to be honest either lol :-)

    We tend to make baked chicken a lot since it is fast and easiest and we are usually running late!

        I cook chicken all kinds of ways. Yesterday I sliced chicken breasts and used a 'knock-off' brand of Shake-N-Bake. I had two breasts sliced about a 1/4 inch thick, sprinkled about 1/4 cup of the powder and fried it in a couple of tablespoons of olive oil. No the chicken wasn't heavily coated but all I wanted was the flavor not a crust. The chicken cooked up in less than 10 min and was delicious.

          Oh speaking of crock pots, if you put a small bread pan upside down and put a roast or chicken on top of the pan the meat gets crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, not soggy like it would on the bottom of the crock pot.
