Stay at home mom or working mom?
Are you happy with what your doing or would you rather do the other?
that's nice when you can do nanny work and have your kid with you. I was trying to find a nanny job when Mark was born, but couldn't find parents who would let me have my kid with me
Yeah thats true, i been trying to find that option...
hi Laura, how did you find a family willing to have you as a nanny with your kid with you. I am looking for that with my 2 year old. Care.com?
Both actually I am at home mom while working from home to save on daycare costs as my youngest is not full time preschool yet, just part time.
daycare costs are incredibly high, I agree. Our moms always ask where they can find work from home. Any suggestions, Jill?
I have several things I am doing in addition to actual work in my field. If any moms want ideas send me an email at email@example.com and I can give you tips, etc and tell you what else I am doing since I cant post opportunities on this page.
I'm a stay at home mom right now, but I would like to have an income as well.
I'm a stay at home mom but looking for work from home...it's rough because LOVE working but I LOVE staying home with my son.
im a stay at home mom but looking for work. I enjoy being home with my baby but I also love providing for her so if my partner has a successful career or not I still want to work...I love the independence
I am a working mom, however I have my summers off. I am a teacher's assistant and work with 3 to 5 year olds, some autistic and/or mentally delayed or speech issues and some regular ed. I love love love my job, but have to admit that when I get home sometimes I am way too tired to deal with my 3 year old's tantrums. LoL
Currently a wanna be stay at home to be mom, but I'd be happier being a working mom due to our current financial status.
I was a working mom but just 3 months ago I become a stay at home mom for the first time, ive enjoy it.
Working mom. I often wish that I could just stay home with Violet, but I did that for about 6 months and nearly went insane, lol! I got so lazy and depressed. I'm much more useful to myself and the world when I'm working.
I'm at stay at home mom. I love it. I wouldn't mind a part time job just for the adult interaction. Lol.
I'm a stay at home mom
I love being a stay at home mom but I am probably going to work part time again
Im a stay at home mom ( I work for IT WORKS) body wraps. I love it!!!! I get to spend sooooo much time with my babyboy.
If anyone is looking to work from home Im looking to have people join my team.
Im a stay at home mom and a Mary Kay beauty consultant. I love both. With Mary Kay I can set my own hours and decide how much I want to make. I also love the girl time with my sister consultants. Mary Kay gives me the freedom to be at home with my toddler when I need to be and work when I want too!
working preggo lady here and i was terminated twice by 2 employers on the basis of my pregnancy discrimination.
Am a stay at home mom but looking for a work from home job
I love being a stay at home mom and wouldn't change a thing!
A stay at home mom is a working mom!!
I want to be a stay at home mommy but finances do not permit :/
I see nothing wrong with being a stay at home mom because i have friends here in Jamaica who would like to be stay at home moms and cant because of the economy but there are a few like myself that is trying it out because the working moms don't get as much time with their children and miss out on a lot and that cannot retrieve at no time in the future.
Working from Home Mom.
I am a stay at home Mom. I love it just don't like not having my own money anymore. I really wish I could find a good stay at home job.
I love being a stay at home mom for now we will see if I still feel like this when it's time for my daughter to start school
I have been stay at home mom since April now and I've enjoyed it.
I stayed home until my baby turned 1. So currently I work for a temp agency and looking for something perm but I would say I would love to stay home with my baby but as finances comes up I have no choice but to go to work. Good thing is that my baby gets to stay home with his father because day care would take all my checks
yes I very happy to care for my kids ?
I have been a stay at home mom for 5 years and I also work from home, I love it
I love being a stay at home mom. I would hate to miss everything my lil man does during the day. All his mile stones smiles everything. It is a little frustrating to not have the money like I use to and to have to rely on my hubby for money but its just all something I have to get use to... I still love it and wouldn't change it for anything. I love my son and that I get to spend everyday with him. :)
I have been a stay at home mom for two years and also run a referral business from home. I love being able to work when I want, spend more time with my kids and it beats answering to a boss ;)
I am a stay at home mom since I had my son. Now that we have custody of my step-daughter, it's even more important for me to stay home. I miss the social aspect of a job but I love staying home with my son.
I worked part time for the first half of my pregnancy. Then had to quit. I was high risk and had to stay off my feet until he was born.
I've been a stay sy home mom for 15 months. I love it. ❤ However I miss adult interaction, so when she goes to preschool 2year olds, I'll go back to working a light part-time schedule as well.
I am a working from home mom. I only have to go into the office once a month (the office where I work is a 2 1/2 hour drive each way). I love always being able to there for my little ones but miss the adult interaction that I had when I worked in the office.
I worked then my first daughter was ill. Born with many health complications and always was in the hospital so, I had to stay with her. Years later, I worked for a couple years then she needed another big operation and I have been home with her again. I am now pregnant with my second and still a stay at home mom. I would like more income but I love being home with my daughter. Companies should make it easier to have stay at home positions for those who have a disabled child and us moms who just enjoy staying home with our kids. It's hard to find at home work. A lot are scams.
I really enjoyed my time at home with Ainsley, but now it's time for preschool and for me to go back to teaching.
