Midnight Snack Attack

I apparently need to start leaving myself a snack on my bedside table at night. I already keep water there, but last night I woke up ABSOLUTELY STARVING, but too lazy to walk downstairs and get food. I drank my water, but it didn't help. So I flopped around for like an hour before falling back to sleep...

    Ha ha yes, I did the same. I would wake up at 2 am and have my ritual muffin or rice Krispy treat at least 2 times per week. It's normal lol.
