Losing the weight
I am finally back down to the weight I was before I had my first son. Although it is hard to tell because im hips are a lot wider. Now I feel like im on an eating binge. I am so hungry and it is hard not to eat. Any tips? For snacks iv been grabbing a few grapes or strawberrys but I want a damn steak!! lol Do any of you ladies have things you do to curve the craving?
The thing is, when you eat a whole lot less your metabolism slows WAY down. So then you start eating more and you pack on the pounds super fast. The goal is to keep your metabolism up so you burn fat and calories more effectively.
Try looking around for high protein, low fat food ideas. You are really not doing bad with the fruit, that is a great choice and there are many fruits that boost the metabolism. You just want to keep your body out of starvation mode because that is when your metabolism gets wonky.
