Bye Bye Baby Weight!
Mamas.. you don't have to answer this.. but sometimes it motivation and sometimes it helps to realize it's okay to take your time in finding yourself again post baby.. I'll even share mine - How long did it take you to get back to post baby weight??
Honestly, I thought mine wouldn't be hard - I only gained 18 lbs really and didn't think it should take long.. surprise! Here at 5 months I have finally gotten right back to where I was pre Monroe :) And you know what? I was starting to embrace the slower journey.. it became mindful for me and I loved developing a healthier LIFESTYLE, as opposed to trying to lose it fast. Before I would step on the scale I would always repeat.. whatever the number is, you are just fine :) What about you?
For me the goal is health. I will likely never get down to my pre pregnancy weight and I am okay with that. I just don't want to huff and puff when I go up and down stairs! So far, so good with that, I quit smoking so my lungs can exercise much better now!
