the things we do to get our children to behave

my son has entered the phase were if it isn't in his hands and it shouldn't be, then he will go above and beyond to get it. if it is in his hands and it should stay there then he is like a pitcher in the major leagues and hurls it as far as it can go. unfortunately the only way i can get him to let go of items that he shouldn't have is to tell him to "let it go". in song. loudly. usually in public. i think his sister taught him the song. it beats a meltdown in the middle of the store but im sure people are really starting to hate that song.

:) That sounds like a cute way to get him to let go!
