Any ideas on how to stop bed wetting? These are the thing's I have tried. Waking up during the night, stop fluid's at 7, sticker chart, positive attitude, I have ran out of ideas. She has seen a doctor for this as well and nothing is helping. She is 8 and it really makes her look down on herself. I want to help her so she can be comfortable with herself and not looking down on herself because of this

Sometimes there is a deeper reason for bedwetting. Have you tried talking to her and making sure that she is ok?? I'm not saying this is the case, but with my daughter, she was having horrible nightmares. My daughter for a while was also afraid she was going to get in trouble for getting out of bed.

Thank you, I have talked with her to make sure everything was okay, that was the first thing I did. She said nothing is bothering her and there are no nightmares. The doctors have talked with her and checked over her. She is a deep sleeper so I get her up trying to get her on schedule to help. She gets uti's easy without any signs indicating she has one. She has had 3 in the past 2 months so the doctor's are running tests to make sure her kidneys and bladder is okay, she knows how to clean herself the correct way. I just want to be able to help her so she feels good about herself and not embarassed when she wakes up wet. I have told her everytime she has an accident that it is an accident and everything is okay, that we will figure it out and work on it.

Thank you, The doctors gave her a medication taken by mouth at bedtime to help relax the bladder but it did not work, also they are doing an xray and ultrasound of her kidneys and bladder because she has gotten 3 uti's in the last 2 months without symptoms. She has no fever, no pain or anything to indicate she has one so we are trying to figure that out. She cleans herself correctly and follows doctors orders to the T and still gets them. They talked to me about the alarm to put on her bed but it is very pricy, so I am trying to keep my options open. The doctor and I both worry about scar tissue cause by the infections since she shows no symptoms so they are testing her every 2 to 3 weeks to make sure she does not have one.
