Bra Shopping...

I'm petite, to put it nicely. Bra shopping makes me flash back to all of the awkward trips to a department store with my mom when I was a teenager. I hated it. Padding was the only thing that gave me shape and I felt like I was a 12 year old boy trying to look like I had boobs. Shopping with my mom made it even worse. She's like a FF cup so shopping next to her made me feel like puberty just skipped a generation.

For the past year I was nursing so I really didn't worry about my bras. I had a few comfortable nursing bras (I only used the sleep ones) and that was it. My milk supply actually gave me a decent shape for once and I was pretty comfortably with that. Of course, when I weaned that all changed. I felt like I had two half-filled water balloons stapled to my chest...

I'm almost a month past weaning and the girls are starting to firm up a bit now, but they're definitely different. I decided I'd go get a proper bra fitting for the first time in my life. Becoming a mother changed my body enough that it felt like a second puberty anyway. I figured I'd do it right this time.

Well, to my surprise I'm not a 34 barely-A cup. I'm a 30D-DD! That's like the hardest size to find in stores, so no wonder I never figured it out earlier. Now I have to go find some affordable places to buy bras. I need at least four and at $20-$30 a piece I just don't have that kind of cash. Do you all have any recommendations of where to get like a pack of bras at once?

I usually get my bra's at walmart, kmart or khol's.

I just bought some because I am still wearing nursing bras and some of them are thread bare and ripped on the sides. I bought some from this company for the first time because I didn't want to pay $30-$50 for a bra. They have $20 off if you buy 2 or more so that brought the price down. BUT I couldn't enter the coupon from my phone so I am hoping they see my note in the special instructions!

I found them by googling comfy bras! So I'll let you know how I like them, you may have to remind me though.
