What is your number one weight loss tip?

I don't really have anything earth shattering to share. My biggest tip is to eat smaller portions. That one works well for me but I have to admit it hasn't been something I always followed.

What is your number one tip?

    Drink only water. By cutting out all other drinks you are cutting out those calories.
      When I lost all the weight (before baby) I went with the old school method of no processed food and move more. It really does work. That and SLEEP! The more tired you are the more you turn to things high in sugar and fat to give you that pick me up.
      Also chose foods high in protein, you feel full longer.
