what are normal sleeping patterns when your 11 weeks pregnant. restless at night,frequent naps and fatigue. in day and afternoon

what can help or reduce my sleeping pattern to sleeping at night verses short hrs threw day and night. I sleep alot but only for couple hrs.at a time and feel lack of energry during the day and late evening to night restless but fatigue

    Sounds within the norms. I know I had bouts of thinking too much that would keep me up. If there's a way to empty your mind (journaling, yoga, whatever works for you), I'd try to do that before you go to bed to see if it helps.
