What is the one thing you never had that you want for your kids?

We all want great things for our kids and I wonder if we base that on giving them the things we didn't have as kids.

With that in mind, what do you want your kids to have that you didn't have?

I want my kids to have their own bedrooms. I had to share with my brother and I HATED it. I know my mom did the best that she could as a single mom so I don't say "Woe is me.."

But, I don't want them to share rooms. I know how much that sucks so I have made it a priority.

What about you? What do you want for your kids that you didn't have?

A happy home life growing up. I have some great memories but I also have some horrific ones. I never want my kid to go through those things.
Homeschooling with more educational opportunities. I want them to have to freedom to grow, learn, and blossom in any field they choose without the stifling that was public school for me.

I want them to learn at their own pace, enjoy it, and not be subjected to busywork.
