Achey hips

All night I was tossing and turning because no matter what position I slept in, my hips were aching!! They are even still aching when I get up and walk around. How do I stop it!??

    You can't stop it until baby comes, but you can ease it.
    Squats, Have your SO or a wall behind you for support, spread your legs, keep your feet flat and squat as low as you can go.
    Get on your hands and knees, arch your back then relax.
    Hip circles-think hula dance.
