Easing period pain
So this is a double sided question, really.. First, what do you do to relieve the actual, physical period pain, like cramps and headaches?
I find a microwavable, heavy wrap helps if I just keep it on my abdomen while I'm sitting and exercising helps a bit too. What do you do?
And for those of us who are trying to conceive... How do you cope with the letdown that is your period coming?
I try to keep my chin up and tell myself at least I have a cycle and it could be worse and we can try again next month. Also.. that beer is definitely safe for a bit, LOL!
