Of course we have felt like this but I think sometimes when we are tired and hormones are raging, we tend to act hormonal. Is there any way you can get some time to yourself? Or talk to him about how you are feeling, using "I" sentences not "You" which will put him on the defensive.

That's good you got some rest. Don't worry about the mess, at least he took the children and allowed you to sleep and that's truly what you needed. Men are not good multi-taskers, at least mine isn't so I am extremely grateful if the children are cared for and loved while the house is a mess. :)

Though I try... and try... (and try) to take responsibility for myown emotions, absolutely I get it. We're in a confined space right now which doesn't help and I've been trying to bite my tongue. Trying is key in that sentence. I know the feeling you're describing.

I don't know either. I think people just clash for a while sometimes.

Those pregnancy hormones can take a minor annoyance and turn it into an emotional meltdown! Not to mention men like to be ornery sometimes :-)
