Ok so my babysitter has been giving my 9 month old daughter straight apple juice is there something wrong with that???
Well that's what I thought to. But I think it's starting to mess with her tummy
Apple juice is full of sugar. Baby's get all they need from formula or breastmilk.
Water it down for the whole family it'll last longer too!
I was always informed to do one part juice and two parts water. Too much can cause diarrhea and even gas because it is a natural stool softener. Also too much juice can prolong teething (if she is), and you do not want that. I was told by a pediatrician and my mother that sugary products, especially juice can somehow close the gums where teeth are trying to come in, making the teething process last longer. When I found that out, I stopped the juice and my son's teeth having been coming in quicker.
