Prenatal depression after a hard beginning and previous miscarriage...Anyone have ways to cope?
Meditate it's very helpful and helps you feel very relaxed.
I have started meditating, hypnobirth, an positive affirmations off of YouTube :)
I think it is probably normal to feel depressed after going through all of that. Make sure you check with your doctor, those pregnancy hormones can really mess with you too.
